FAQ

1. What should I do after I have signed up?

All participants for either Team Rabbit or Team Tortoise who have signed up by 22 December 2020 are slated to run in Race 1 (qualifying period from 28 December 2020 to 3 January 2021).  However, Team Rabbit participants will be issued with the event’s timing app to complete the run.  This is to allow ample time to process at the backend.  Team Tortoise participants only need to use any run app to capture their run and upload the results upon completion.

The rest of participants for either Team Rabbit or Team Tortoise who have signed up after 22 December 2020 are slated to run in Race 2 (race qualifying period from 8 February 2021 to 14 February 2021).  The same mechanic applies for Race 1.

For Team Rabbit participants, they have to complete the 5KM run under 45 mins and for junior participants, 30 mins.  The total number of participants completing under the stipulated timings over the total sign up is the earned percentage.

The team with the highest earned percentage is declared the winner.
